Girls only please? Question about boyfriend?

Right now I am living with my bf of 7 years, we have a good relationship most of the time but i am also living with this slob, jerk of a roomate who cusses me out, doesnt contribute, you get the picture. Last night he really upset me, just by being very rude for no reason (i dont even talk to the guy!) and my boyfriend knows this, and I'm so stressed out from it like I've had a headache all day long and several through living here. I promise you I'm not whining, I'm super laid back and nice and this roomate is an absolute psycho. I was crying and upset earlier about it today. Anyway, my bf wants me to you know, "take care" of him, and I'm just NOT in the mood! Other than to be loud to the annoying roomate. But how can he even ask me to do that when I'm this stressed out? I found out we might break the lease so he might leave, but for right now I dont get how he expects me to be all riled up when I'm stressed.? Also I havent had myself in ages...and he just wants oral but how the hell does he expect me to be in the mood when I'm this stressed out, have a headache, etc? Do you think its selfish of him or should I just shut up and do it?
