Will a DUI conviction on a military installation in Okinawa, Japan be sent to your home of record DMV?

Got a DUI o. Base in Okinawa. Aready got my NJP and now am wondering if this will be sent to my home state after going to traffic court on base. Since this happened in a different country, can my home state technically suspend my civilian drivers license?
