Where to find an old Black and white clip of a crowd shouting "Hooray!"?

You know, one of those films from the 30's or so when theres a crowd gathered outside or something and someone brings good news and they all shout" Hooray" and throw their fists up in the air. I REALLY Need to find a clip like this. But where??
