Red Dots on and Foreskin?

Okay, I'm scared to death. About 2 days ago I started to notice a breakout of red dots on my foreskin and head. They itch and cause my foreskin to be redder than normal and the head of my to be splotchy and red. I'm sooooo sooooo scared. I am ually active with one girl for the past 2 months, and have had unprotected . This girl has been tested since her last partner and she is clear. I just made a doctor appointment at my colleges health center, all I said was "I have a rash", i dont know if i should of told the receptionist over the phone that it was on my . I'm too embaressed. I dont know what is wrong with me but I'm freaking out. Help please. Also, I am having no discharge or scabs of anysort. They skin on my head drys out and will peel off if rubbed hard revealing a more red colored splotchy skin tone
