Will this sub work with this amp?

Sounds good man, all your numbers look like they will do the job very well. I would go with it, the 4awg wire may be a bit of an over kill but you can always run it to a distribution block later if you want to add more amps and not have to run another line or a replacement line. But I would go with it.
