Is religion anti-psychopathy?

A psychopath is a person who has a limited range of emotion and an inability to form attachments. The DSM-IV diagnoses psychopathy based on a 40-point scale, with psychopaths scoring over 30; but most people score at some point on that scale, and a "normal" person could score in the 20s.
