Does your baby watch TV?

Sometimes when I'm feeding my son (3 months old) I'll watch tv he'll watch it too. Sometimes I let him, but sometimes I turn him away because he becomes so engrossed in it. Even when he's on the floor getting tummy time he'll lift up and watch tv sometimes. They say that if a child under two watches tv it can hinder development. I don't really believe that, especially since they see people talking and hear music. It has to be extremely stimulating.What do you think? Does your baby watch tv?
