Have you ever had a stomach ache that felt like contractions?

This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in my life....not sure if it's food poisoning or not, but my stomach is pretty much just real woozy, but like once an hour I have this thing that feels like a contraction. Just higher up by my abdomen. I mean it's excruciating. Has anyone ever experienced this??? And NO it's not premenstrual cramps & it's not REAL contractions. :)
