Could I be pregnant? Advice please?

Last monday I went on holiday with my friend and ended up having unprotected a few times - I don't need the lecture, I just want some advice on what to do. I took tablets so i wouldnt be on my period for that week, i came off them but didnt start my period which my doc said would happen when i came off them. I've felt really tired and low, wondering if i could be pregnant? My friend got me a pregnancy test but it came back inconclusive. I decided to go to the doctors and i have an app for tomorrow morning. Its been 4 days since i was meant to have my period but now its just suddenly come? I've heard you can still be pregnant when you have your period, really confused. Do i cancel my appointment or still go? Thanks
