Why the international community, including the U.N.O, have not addressed to the Sri Lankan Tamil Crisis?

It doesn't really matter, soon the army will have the LTTE smashed, and all that will remain are a few criminals hiding in the shadows. Sri Lanka can be peaceful once again.
