Who is drusympx927, attached to my email and will not go away?

They keep popping up in my IM and will Not go away. I've reported it many of times and I've done everything possible to get rid of them. Can't delete because their NOT even in my contacts but they've wiped out all my files I had on a movie I had finished up with Mr Bellamy.
