What is the best meringue cookie recipe out there?

My hubby asked if I would make him some since he’s never had them before. All my cookbooks are packed up from moving, and I don’t really feel like digging for them. Anyone have a good suggestion for a meringue cookie recipe? I made chocolates ones at Christmas, but cant find the recipe now. Any suggestions? Maybe a view variations of the recipe (flavor wise).
