What do you think of this heard over Carl Edwards Scanner?

Could just be NASCAR flipping about the restart order, and they got it together really late in the going, then the restart happened, and Carl hadn't had time to regroup yet. I know they had an issue with Carl at Road America, when Carl was ahead of Annett on a restart, and Annett should have been ahead of him, so I bet NASCAR was going through the same thing with Carl, and trying to get him into the proper place for the restart.
