Quick LOST Question....?

Brushing up for tonight....So if daniel thinks that using the h-bomb will destroy the energy pocket causing the plane to crash does that also mean that it will make it so DHARMA was never created. And if that could it possibly go back further making it so Jacob and who ever else was at the island back then would never come to the island or exist?
