If you make bread when you have a cold do your cold germs get in it?

I have a nasty sore throat and I've just been kneading bread dough by hand. Is it safe to give a loaf of bread to a friend or should I wait until I can make one that won't be contaminated with my cold viruses? I'm not sure if they all get killed when you bake it.
