I keep getting freezer burn on bread no matter what I do.?

First I tried foil and then a ziploc bag. Then I tried saran wrap, then foil, and then into a ziploc bag. both resulted in freezer burn. I couldn't get the saran wrap that tight as the bread is sliced and I wrapped them in individual slices. What should I do?
