Has anyone ever heard of the company AMCK MINING in Tanzania?

my business partners are currently trying to do a international copper business with Tanzania to get copper. We found a mining company called AMCK. We don't know if it's a real company or just another company trying to cheat money. Has anyone heard of it? or how can we make sure its a legit business?
