Early action and stuff?!?

Early decision is a commitment. You receive their decision earlier, but if they decide to accept you, you have to go there. Early action means that you apply earlier and receive their decision earlier, but you are not required to go there if you are accepted. My personal opinion is that it's a good idea to apply early, but only apply as an early decision applicant if you are completely sure that you want to attend that school.
