Bobbi Brown Tinted Moisturizing Balm?

I got this in the medium shade but to be honest its not all its raved on about. For example I have fairly dry skin and the BB woman said it would help with the dryness and that i wouldn't need any other product ie. foundation, moisturiser, powder. When i got home & applied it didnt go on smoothly like say a foundation would. And it gave me a shine so bad that my family gave me a strange look. My face looked so oily!! No amount of powder got undo the shine. I've tried it again last week with a small amount of moisturiser underneath but again it made my skin look so oily & horror of horrors I've developed cystic acne, tiny ones on my forehead so this balm is definately heading for the bin. It contains oxybenzone whatever that is - it says it on the outer box with a warning so anything with a warning cannot be a good thing. Worst thing is it cost me �32 pounds to purchase. When I could have got a decent tinted moisturiser times 3 for that amount. Avoid it.
